For example, the RitFit PPC03 Power Cage with Cable Crossover System package includes the power cage, an adjustable weight bench, an Olympic barbell, bumper plates, and free collars.

The Home Gym System is made with a heavy-duty steel frame, ensuring a stable structure and long-lasting use. The RitFit PPC03 Power Cage is 1000 lbs rated with a size of 44″W x 57.4″L X 85″H, while the weight bench has a high weight capacity of 1300lbs. The 7 Feet Olympic Barbell Bars have a weight capacity of 900lbs, and the bumper plates are built to the highest standard for safe weight lifting.

Equipped with a multi-function gym rack that combines the Weight Cage, Squat Rack, and Cable Crossover Machine, our home gym packages allow for total body exercises at home including Cable Flys, LAT Pulldown, Landmine Movements, Row, Squat, Bench Press, Dead-lifts, Bicep Curl, Tricep Extensions, Pull-ups, Chin-ups, and more.
