Our PoweRope features weight evenly distributed throughout a solid rubber rope, with handles that have a ball-and-socket swivel for quick rotation. It is available in three optional lengths to fit most users and comes in five weights ranging from 1/2 to 4 pounds. Racks are also available for storage.

To determine the correct length of a rope for you, simply step with one foot into the middle of the rope and bring your hands up towards your chest. Place your hands underneath your armpits - the rope should be semi-taut. The recommended rope length for you is the measurement from one hand to the other. We also provide rope length recommendations based on user height: a 6-foot rope for users 47 inches and under, a 7-foot rope for users 48 to 56 inches, an 8-foot rope for users 57 to 65 inches, a 9-foot rope for users 66 to 72 inches, and a 10-foot rope for users 73 to 78 inches.
